President Bush signed HR 4520, American Jobs Creation Act of 2004, on Friday, October 22, 2004.
HR 4520 contains numerous provisions (nearly 200) that include international tax reforms, business tax incentives, agricultural tax relief and incentives, a federal tobacco subsidy buyout and various provisions targeting tax shelters, along with numerous miscellaneous provisions.
